Please ensure all electronic components are handled according to the manufacturer's technical specifications to remain eligible for warranty claims.

Return Process

  Log into your account and complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, providing your order number and the serial number of the unit.

  Technical Assessment

  Our engineering team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if the issue is a technical fault or a compatibility requirement.

  Secure Packaging and Courier

  Once approved, securely pack your solar components in their original protective casing and schedule a pickup with our designated logistics partner.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse confirms the item is in its original condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
